    Uncoated Paper
    When choosing the right paper stock always think about your end goal for your
    product. Uncoated Paper stocks are generally used for Photocopies, letterheads, Notepads, and
    other products that need to be easily written on.

    Coated Satin Paper
    Our most popular house stock is our Coated Satin paper range. we have a
    range of different weight papers depending on your needs. 150gsm is for budget friendly Flyers,
    Leaflets, Brochures and handouts / 200 or 250gsm is for premium Flyers, Leaflets, Posters and
    handouts / 350gsm is for business cards, Thick Handouts, and Gift Certificates. If you need a
    high gloss or a ultra matte finish then add a laminate to give extra bulk and a more premium
    feel.

    Synthetic Stock
    This stock is really neat. Not only is it waterproof without added laminate,
    It is Tear Resistant, Rip Proof, Chemical Resistant and just about life-proof. Making it perfect
    for Menus, Important Handouts, Medical Charts, Building Plains, Large outdoor Posters and much
    much more.

    PRINT MEDIA FOR STICKERS, LABELS AND SIGNAGE.

    3yr Vinyl
    Our go to vinyl for all labels is a 3yr vinyl in your choice of finish either Gloss
    or Matte, Gloss is the standard finish for most stickers. 3yr vinyl is used for all short-term
    promotional products and is generally unlaminated because of the hard wearing latex ink we use
    this isn't needed for labels and stickers on throw-away items.

    5yr Vinyl
    Used for all signage and longer-term products, When ever you ask for added laminate
    we use a 5yr vinyl as the base vinyl to give your stickers a long life.

    Hightack Vinyl
    We go through rolls and rolls of high tack every month, Used for all hard to
    stick surfaces like Wheelie Bins, Plastic Drums and Floor Graphics.

    Vehicle Wrapping Cast
    It is all in the name If you need to wrap a car, Have to apply graphics
    over complex curves or simply want the best quality vinyl for your signage.

    One Way Window Vision
    Either printed on or supplied unprinted ( white on outside and black on
    the inside ). This Vinyl is put on the outside of windows and allows the person to see out but
    not allow anyone else to see in. One-way window vision is a 40 / 60 Ratio of 1.5mm holes
    allowing you to see through and can be used both on commercial vehicles as well as home and
    commercial building use.

    LAMINATION OPTIONS FOR STICKERS AND FLAT PAPER PRINTING.

    Lamination is an optional extra layer of protection applied to the top of printed stickers

    Lamination resists scratching, adds UV protection and protects ink from weather and
    chemicals
    lamination can adds 1-3 years to the life of your stickers and paper products

    Lamination can also be used on all of our flat Paper printing eg Business Cards, Flyers and much

    CUT OPTIONS ARE ONLY FOR STICKERS AND LABELS.

    Kiss Cut
    Stickers are cut to shape left on a sheet, This is the standard form of cutting
    stickers. And can be used to cut any shape / size sticker.

    Die-Cut
    Stickers are punched out of the backing paper giving you a single sticker ready to
    hand out. There are limitations on complex shapes and size with Die-cut stickers.

    Flat
    The Unfolded Option is a flat sheet. This Option is used for flyers, posters, business
    cards and much more.

    Bi-Fold
    The Bi-Fold is the most simple fold. The folded sheet is folded once in the middle –
    in portrait or landscape format. This type of folding is often used for invitation or greeting
    cards.

    Tri-Fold
    The Tri-Fold is formed by folding a single piece of paper twice giving 3 panels
    front and back. This type of folding is often found in information and advertising materials and
    flyer design.

    Binding Options
    SADDLE STITCHED ( staple bound ) One of the most affordable binding options,
    saddle stitched is suitable for documents that are made up of a minimum of 8 pages. The
    technique is achieved by punching staple through the spines of the pages to be bound. It is a
    popular choice for booklets and magazines.
    PERFECT BINDING Ideal for documents that have a
    minimum of 32 pages, perfect binding is used for publications that have a soft cover, like a
    paperback book. Perfect binding uses glue to keep the different sections in place, and this
    allows it to have a flat spine. Giving it a professional and stylish appearance. It will be the
    first choice for most brochures, catalogues, travel guides and prospectuses.
    WIRE-O BINDING
    is a popular choice for both large and small documents as well as hanging and desk
    calendars.
    PLASTIC COMB BINDING this style of binding uses a plastic comb threaded through
    rectangular holes to keep the pages firmly in place. It is often used for reports, journals and
    notebooks.

    CREASING When folding paper or card over 170gsm creasing first is needed to allow easy folding
    and to avoid excess cracking of the paper and toner.

    DRILLING A optional extra which can allow your product then to be hung, or attached to things.
